STS Camp targets students from sixth grade through seniors in high school. Due to insurance regulations, it is STS’s policy to require each person to be in the sixth grade or at least twelve years of age. Because we try to effectively minister to such a wide range of students, please refrain from bringing younger children unless you acquire special permission from STS. 

Thank you for taking the first step in registering for STS Camp.  Due to insurance and safety regulations, armbands will be given to all attendees. Fill out the summary sheet for the entire group. Make sure that you include your group's sign-up list with your check. We cannot assign your accommodations to your group without a completed sign-up sheet.  Send all forms, along with one check for your deposit or total amount payable to the Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association, Inc., to:

We will receive registrations until we reach our maximum capacity of meeting space. Price is $ 319 per person, which includes lodging and ALL meals from Friday night's dinner through Monday morning's breakfast. STS Camp attendees will be housed at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat. For groups not staying at the camp accommodations, there is an $99 per person camp fee.  This fee does not include meals.

You may reserve spots at STS Camp by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50 per person.

Receive a $10 per person discount when you are paid in full by March 3, 2025.

If you drop 10% or more of your spots, you will lose your nonrefundable deposit and are required to pay half of the camp fee per spot you drop.

STS Camp attendees will be housed at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat.

Laguna includes family-style units with full kitchenettes, dorm-style rooms, bunkrooms, houses, and cottages. All accommodations are fully air-conditioned with a variety of sleeping configurations.

These accommodations are located at the west end of Panama City Beach, in a safe, less-congested area of the beach, away from the "strip", but close enough to drive to all the activities that Panama City Beach has to offer. For a more detailed view check out the website christiancamp.com.

Eight meals are covered in your price! Three hot, delicious meals a day are offered for groups. Each home-style meal is prepared fresh by their cooking staff.

Per Laguna, all groups will provide volunteer servers in their assigned dining room 10 minutes before their assigned meal.

Registration with the STS Team will begin on Friday at 3:00 pm. Check in for Laguna Beach Christian Retreat does not begin until 3:00 pm so you will not be able to access your lodging before then.
